At Om Sakthi Textiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Only: We currently offer product exchanges only. Refunds are not available.
Sale Items: Products purchased during sales, offers, or clearance are not eligible for exchange, return, or cancellation.
Cancellation by Customer: Cancellation requests will be considered only if submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
Cancellation by Omsakthi Textiles: Omsakthi Textiles reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. If payment has already been received, the full amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method, and the customer will be notified via email or phone.
Exchange Window: Exchange requests can be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date.
Valid Reasons for Exchange:
Received a damaged or defective item
Received an incorrect item
Single Exchange: Each order is eligible for only one exchange. Multiple exchange requests for the same order will not be accepted.
Submit Request: Email us at support@omsakthitextiles.com with your order number, product details, and a valid reason for exchange.
Approval: Our support team will review your request and confirm approval.
Return Product: The product must be returned in its original, unused, and unaltered condition with all price tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
Shipping: After approval, customers are responsible for packing and shipping the item back to us.
Pre-Shipment Check: All products undergo quality checks before dispatch.
Damage on Delivery: For exchange requests due to damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide an unpacking video and photos as proof.
Non-Negotiable Condition: Sarees must be returned in original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange.
Processing Time: Once approved, exchanges will be processed and shipped within up to 7 business days.
