Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing or calling us using the contact details provided above. If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed via the same payment gateway used for the transaction within 5 working days. Defective or damaged products can be replaced within 2 working days from the day of delivery. Once tags are removed, worn, or washed, garments cannot be returned. Please Note: All returns are subject to approval by Omsakthi Textiles, following verification and confirmation by our employees and management.
