Omsakthi Textiles reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
Placing an order on our website constitutes your offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms & Conditions.
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Orders will be processed and shipped only after full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Order processing may take up to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Product prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Customers may request changes to their order within 24 hours of placing it.
Modification requests received after this period may not be accommodated if the order has already been processed.
Customers can choose their preferred courier service from the available options during checkout.
If the selected courier partner does not service your delivery location, we will recommend or use an alternative courier partner.
Omsakthi Textiles is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Strikes or shutdowns
Courier service disruptions
Government restrictions
Other unforeseen external events
Omsakthi Textiles reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
If payment has already been received, the full amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method, and the customer will be notified via email or phone.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a 75% refund, with 25% deducted towards processing and handling charges.
If a shipment has already been delivered and the customer refuses to accept the package, 50% of the total order value will be refunded after the shipment is returned to us.
We’re happy to exchange your product within 7 days of delivery if it’s unused and in the original packing.
At present, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds.
If your order arrives damaged, we request you to kindly share an unpacking video/pictures within 24 hours. It truly helps us serve you better.
